FAQs

  • Riccotti’s Rewards is a way for us to reward our biggest fans. Every order gives you points toward a free sub. Just order your subs as usual, rack up points, and get money off! Easy!

    Earn 1 Riccotti's point for every $1 spent and receive a $2.50 discount for every 50 points you redeem.

    2X points are available everyday from 2:00-4:00 pm

    Receive 25 points for FREE when you signup.

    Earn a FREE sub on your birthday.

  • Just click the ‘Sign Up’ link above and follow the on screen prompts.

    OR

    Next time you’re in, type your phone number in to the guest facing display after completing payment.

  • In Store:

    Your Rewards account will link you with the cards you use and add each purchase to your account automatically if placed in store.

    You can add new forms of payment by typing in your phone number after completing a purchase in store or online.

    If paying in cash, just type in your phone number after completing your order to add your points to your account.

    Online Ordering:

    When placing an order online, you MUST be signed in to your account to accrue and redeem points. Sign in link is in the top right of the online ordering page or at the checkout screen.

  • Sign in by using the button above.

    Ask a team member in store and we’ll be happy to look up your account balance.

  • If placing an order online, type in your reward information in the checkout screen.

    OR

    If paying in store, let the cashier know you’d like to redeem your rewards and apply it to your order.

    Note: You must have at least 50 points to be able to redeem.

  • Use the Contact Us link on the bottom of this website to let us know if you have any questions and we’ll be happy to help.

  • 1 account per guest. Sharing accounts is not allowed and Riccotti’s reserves the right to remove accounts if needed.

  • If you don’t see the points being added to your account, it’s usually a couple simple fixes.

    First, after signing up you must complete the onboarding by following the link that was texted or emailed to you. Make sure to complete this step to fully activate your account. If you no longer have the link, use the sign up button above.

    Next, sign in to your account above and scroll down to the section that says linked cards. You can have multiple cards attached to your account by signing in to you account when completing payment of an order.

    Lastly, if you have an active account and are using a payment method like cash or a different card not associated with the account, make sure to sign in after payment to add the points your account.

    When placing online orders, make sure you’re signed in to your account. You can find the sign in link in the top right of the online ordering page or at the checkout screen.

    If you’re missing points we can add them back to your account as well. Use the Contact Us here and let us know.
