In the late 1960s, a passionate group of New Englanders set out to build the best sandwich shops in the region. Riccotti's of Bristol opened in 1971, founded by Les and Joanne Hubbard with a simple belief: big sandwiches with big flavor, always made to order with the freshest ingredients.
Today, three generations later, we're still right here at 11 Gooding Ave. Fresh bread arrives daily. Our pies are made by hand every morning. Every piece of meat, cheese, and produce is sliced fresh in house. Nothing pre-packaged, nothing sitting around. We serve Bristol the same way Les and Joanne taught us.
